Welcome to the Ithaca Community Game Night! We're so happy you're here! What is community game night?
Community Game Night is a chance for a community of diverse game-loving people to gather and play. Some participants bring games or snacks to share, and everyone has a good time. The games sometimes carry us past our official ending time - you're welcome to come and join!πΊοΈπΊοΈπΊοΈπ‘π‘π‘
Where and when do we meet?Thursday evenings, 6:30 to ~9:30 PMFirst Presbyterian Church (Dodds Hall -- in the basement)315 N Cayuga St, IthacaBoth the door on East Court street and the door on the park side will be open at 6:30, though if you're past ~7:30 the E Court door is a better bet. Head down the stairs and you'll find us!ππππππ
Where can I park? There is a small lot near the church (access via E Court St.), but space is limited. There is also street parking on East Court and other nearby streets. Street parking is free in Ithaca after 6PM; just check the signage on each street.π€π€π€π€π€π€
How is CGN Affiliated with the church?
Community Game Night is a mission of the First Presbyterian, but there's no proselytizing or similar. The church hosts us and gives us a safe space, but asks nothing of us.Those of us who are able sometimes make small donations to the church as a "thank you" for giving us a space to enjoy our hobby, but this is absolutely not required or expected of anyone.
